This equipment is a high speed dispersion mixer, high speed dispersion disc can move up and down under vacuum condition, to achieve strong shearing and mixing for materials inside of vessel.. There’s a wall scraper inside of vessel, which revolves along with vessel wall to scrape off the material adhering to the vessel wall for remixing. High dispersion is driven by motor, speed is controlled by frequency inverter, going up and down movement of dispersion disc is controlled by hydraulic cylinder. The bottom of vessel is equipped with casters to make it to be pushed freely and replaced by many vessels, operation is very easy.
